Carolina Chapter Continues Winning Streak

Continuing with its international winning streak, the STC Carolina chapter submitted six entries to the 2006 STC international competition and came home with six awards. We submitted two entries from each competition: Technical Publications, Online Communication, and Technical Art. In previous years, our chapter's members have won Merit, Excellence, and Distinguished awards. We have even won more than one Best of Show awards at the international level!

The award levels at the international level are the same as they are at the local level:
  • Distinguished (highest)
  • Excellence
  • Merit

The following entries all won distinguished awards at the local level and were automatically submitted to the International Competition.

International Technical Publications International Competition

The Carolina Chapter submitted two entries into the international technical publications international competition, and both entries won. The entries and their awards are described below:
