The moist mid-Atlantic summer is upon us, and I find that rainy days are perfect for learning something new and improving my skill sets, just as Holly Fredericksen Dewitt suggests in her article about staying flexible in a changing and global world.

The STC Summit this year was a great opportunity for learning what's new and upcoming in our industry. Attending is an awesome experience, but have you ever wondered what it's like to attend as a speaker? Jamie Gillenwater gives us a behind-the-scenes look.
